My Guidance to Our Healthy Plan
Approach
My approach is to take time to understand what exactly you need help with, medical history, family medical history, food intake, lifestyle as well as body systems. This allows me to form a complete picture of your situation and determine the best possible course of action for you.
Consultations
I conduct all my consultations via video calls which can be scheduled around the clock at your convenience.
We will spend approximately 2 hours understanding you, during which you can also ask me any specific questions.
Plans
I produce and deliver your bespoke plan within 10 working days after our consultation.
We will meet for another short session so I can take you through the plan and answer any questions you may have.

Fill in the contact form and hit submit. I will review your details and reach out to arrange a free 15-minute no-obligation Discovery Call. This will allow me to determine how you would benefit from a consultation. If I feel you do not need one I will let you know.
Start The Journey
Once we agree that you would benefit from a consultation, we will schedule the consultation on a date and time that suits you.
Beyond The Consultation
After I devise your bespoke plan, we will walk through your plan together, and then it’s over to you to build this into your day-to-day life. My support does not end here. I make myself available to you for any advice, guidance, or support you may require to make sure we achieve your goals.
