My Story
Professional Nutritionist & Naturopath
Hello and welcome to my website. I am Fai, a Digital Media Director turned qualified Nutritionist and mother of two.
After a case of cancer in my immediate family, with a not so happy ending, I decided to explore how food can be used as a preventative and corrective form of medicine.
I first started researching health remedies that my family used as I was growing up. I discovered that some of these highly effective remedies, which were rooted in Ayurveda (old school Subcontinent) ‘medicine’, were passed down from generation to generation and that there actually was a science behind them, not just something my parents made up! Yet, none of these were practices that I had ever heard of from a medical professional. Examples include drinking water from a silver cup, drinking yellow (turmeric) milk, making herbal tonics as a digestive aid and the list goes on.
I also explored similar remedies from other parts of the world like South East Asia and Africa and also found that there was a science behind some of them.
Intrigued by my findings, I decided to join the internationally renowned College of Natural Medicine in London and trained in the principles of Biomedicine, nutritional science and functional medicine. I have since been helping people from all walks of life overcome health and lifestyle challenges to allow them to feel their best.
In today’s world, with the rising cost of living and stress, it is easy to push our own health down the priority list. By doing this, I believe we detriment our ability to deal with day to day challenges. This is why I strongly feel that nutritional advice and guidance should be accessible to us all and I have structured my offering around this.

We all love to indulge sometimes so my goal is not to prohibit but instead teach you how to eat right and work with moderation.
